Rewards come from offerwall / survey providers. Some completions can be pending while they are reviewed.
If a provider flags an offer (VPN/proxy, duplicates, chargebacks, invalid completion), it can be reversed.
Create an account → go to your dashboard → open an offerwall / survey and complete offers.
You can also complete quests when available.
Common reasons: using a VPN/proxy, multiple accounts, incomplete steps, mismatched device/location, chargebacks,
or provider fraud checks. If you think it’s a mistake, contact support with your username and screenshots.
Go to the Withdraw page and choose your payout method. Some withdrawals may require review to prevent fraud.
Make sure your payout address / FaucetPay email is correct before submitting.
